Our entire service is based on the ethos that every job is urgent!
We have different guarantees for Litho printed product, to Digitally printed product - please ensure that you are aware which type of printing applies to your order (this is indicated on the product pages).
All our product lead times are given on the understanding that our commitment is to ensure that your product is completed and ready for despatch at a time which would ensure delivery to you by the indicated time, provided that the sub-contracted courier achieves their scheduled performance. See "Why our turnaround guarantees only apply up to the despatch point." for further details.
Next Day Litho Flyers*
We offer a same day despatch service on multiples of 5000 of Litho Flyers, where we have received completed payment and print ready artwork before 10am. The above deadline is strict and the service is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and is therefore not a guaranteed service. Customers who have missed the deadline, the availability, or whose artwork is not suitable, will be notified by 11am and their ordered scheduled for the following production run. Finishing other than cutting is not available on this service.
* This service does not include delivery for Saturdays, although this is available by telephone arrangement and an extra payment. It also does not include Sundays or Bank Holidays. If a refund is requested on this service there will be a handling charge of £10
Litho flyers:
Litho flyers are printed on the "next available" print run after receipt of full payment and print ready artwork. This will normally result in artwork received by 3pm on a given day, being printed during the following night shift, for cutting, packing and despatch the following day, for delivery the day after. This is not a guaranteed service and can vary by up to a day during busy periods and if extra finishing is specified.

Litho Flyer Guaranteed Despatch:
Our guaranteed litho flyer turnaround is based on receipt of payment and approved or print ready artwork by Wednesday 3pm. We Guarantee that we will despatch your order for delivery by Friday 5.30pm. In the event that the print does not arrive by this time, contact customer services 08452 570 575 for a returns number and return the print (in its entirety) for a full no quibble print credit.
If your payment, approval or artwork arrives after Wednesday 3pm we will make every effort to deliver within your requirements but your order will not be covered by the Guarantee.
Note: If your order requires finishing (creasing, drilling, folding or perforating) an additional 24 hours turnaround will be required. You will be kept informed of the progress of your order by Customer Services (Customer Services will update the progress online and you will receive order status notifications via email).
Digital Printing:
We offer a same day despatch service on short run (usually up to 1000) Digital Printing, where we have received completed payment and print ready artwork before 10am. The above deadline is strict and the service is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
If your payment, approval or artwork arrives after 10am we will make every effort to deliver within your requirements but your order will not be covered by our Turnaround Guarantees. You will be kept informed of the progress of your order by Customer Services via our online order status update system (Customer Services will update the progress online and you will receive order status notifications via email). In the event that the print is not despatched within this time, contact customer services08452 570 575for a returns number and return the print (in its entirety) for a full no quibble print credit.

All deadlines for goods delivered via carriers or couriers are given in good faith and our first priority is to give a service to our Customers which is second-to-none. We use sub-contractors for our deliveries who have proven to be consistently reliable however, with even the best organisations in the world problems may occasionally occur.
To avoid disappointment when expected or time critical goods are delayed, please order as far in advance as possible - just in case the unexpected does happen! Where we do not apply a separate charge for the carriage of some products, for missed delivery deadlines which are attributable to ourselves or our sub-contractors we will, at our discretion, refund the cost we are charged for the carriage by crediting via the original payment method and details.
Under no circumstances will either ourselves or our sub-contractors accept claims for any consequential losses which may be caused by missed deadlines, however caused.
This is our agreement with our sub-contracted Carrier
Our carrier will attempt to complete delivery once on the date of delivery and before any prescribed time, which for normal deliveries is 5.30pm.
Deliveries normally start at 8am and if the driver is unable to access the premises (for example the common area of a flat is inaccessable), if there is no way of contacting you or if you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, our carrier will be unable to leave the package.
The driver will then leave a card if the facility exists and may take a date-stamped digital photograph of the delivery access door.
It will then be your responsibilty to contact the local depot on 0845 60 40 222 quoting your consigment number (the consignment number can be found on the card) and arrange either a re-delivery when someone will be able to sign, or for you to collect from the depot. The depot will attempt to telephone you if the driver is unable to leave a card.
If the delivery has failed due to no one being available at, or the premises were inaccessible, our turnaround guarantee will not apply.
Quality Guarantee:
Ordering your print from us means you benefit from our unique Quality Guarantee.
If you are not 100% happy with the printing quality, contact customer services 08452 570 575 or email us detailing the problem and a member of our Management Team will contact you straight away to find a speedy resolve to your problem.
If the problem has been caused by our systems or we have made an error we will re-print and re-supply Free of Charge using the artwork file we hold, at the first possible opportunity. ...That's our No Risk Satisfaction Guarantee!
We will at this point ask you to return the original consignment to us by your chosen method, on receipt of which we will credit your card with an amount up to the original carriage cost when we despatched the order to you. We will happily give you this figure on request.
Please note that we do not accept responsibility for moderate colour variations from what your monitor may show as, unless this is calibrated, it will certainly not be accurate. There will also be a colour shift if you have not supplied us with a CMYK version of your file. More details on such problems are in the artwork section of our help pages.
We work hard to ensure that we provide the best service with the best print at the best prices.
Some might be cheaper, by falling short on any of the points above. We will not reduce our standards and risk our reputation in an attempt to be the cheapest on the block. We are sure that our many thousands of satisfied customers agree with this policy.
We would not have the large number of customers returning if this were not the case.
We have to be pragmatic, however and so we are pleased to launch our Price Match Guarantee. On products marked with:
If, within seven days of placing your confirmed order, you find an FSC product with the same specification as one of our products, which is available to the same delivery schedule and its total price is less than our equivalent product, then prove this to us in writing and we will match that price and give you an extra £10 off your order as a thank you for alerting us to the situation.
If our product is FSC certified - then so must be the competing product.
Price Matching applies to one person or company placing orders on the day of approval, for delivery to one address and using the same source account for payment.
Price Matching will not automatically apply to subsequent orders.
Price Matching only applies to the basic product and does not cover additional operations such as finishing.
Price Matched products must include carriage.
Price Matching will not be made against other company's temporary or special offers.
Price Matching only applies to mainland Great Britain or areas accessible to our standard delivery methods.
